Spay Iowa is a statewide spay/neuter referral program which connects Iowa pet owners with affordable spay/neuter programs in their local areas. Our goal is to ensure cost is not a barrier to getting your pet spayed or neutered. Spay Iowa is modeled after SPAYUSA and managed by the Iowa Humane Alliance, a 501c3 non-profit organization.
